    MINT is such a fantastic, family-owned gym that has really gone above and beyond during the pandemic, especially, remaining closed and at limited capacity longer than required, and they have a dedicated four hours per day of gym time reserved for vaccinated people only. You have a choice to not wear a mask, but only if you upload your vaccination card. This definitely is a huge plus for me, because I feel a lot safer, knowing that anyone working out without their mask has been vaccinated and verified. I strongly encourage people to support this great place that has done so much for our community.

    I went after work and it wasn't nearly as busy as other gyms are around that 6pm time. I love the different floor set ups. Easy to navigate and not intimidating. They seemed to have everything you need.

    Loved my visit Balance Gym! The staff checked me in quickly and without hassle, and the gym had a nice mix of cardio and weight machines. They also have an indoor pool and a whirlpool. I was therThe locker room had all kinds of toiletries, hairdryers (and a sign saying flat irons and curling irons were available at the front desk), nice walk-in showers, towels, lockers with pin pad locks, etc. Note that the gym is inside the Fairmont Hotelyou enter the gym through their lobby, and you enter the Fairmont from their main entrance on 24th (not M) Street. Make a right once you walk in and take the staircase on your left.

    So good! Full body workout on the Megaformer machine which is more padded and comfortable than the [solidcore] version by far. Kathryn was particularly great at helping me through lass when I didnt understand a movement and its specific mechanics. Great class!! Only small cubbies for your things in the studio though, so be warned.

    Really great workout! Sectioned into about 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of step, & 20 minutes of strength training. Vivian is an awesome instructor - full of energy, very welcoming, & easy to follow. I highly recommend this class if you are looking for something different & fun!

    Good class! Challenging and went by fast. The class was small but the group was welcoming (seemed like they may have been regulars). The instructor was helpful in showing the moves in each circuit and patient with my confusion as the newbie. Studio is a little hard to find, but well worth it! (Hint: fourth floor of the building!)
