This is my 5th class. It doesn't get easier. At least not for me. Every time I think I'm getting okay at an exercise Marisa adds a little variation that makes it even harder. This is what makes her class so great though. I still shake and take frequent breaks. She still comes around and corrects my form a bunch. Every time I go I wonder why I'm back there on the torture machine. But by the time I leave I am always really happy I went. I end up feeling sore in places I didn't know could be sore. Its definitely hard work, but so worth it.

    SWEAT TRX

Tara is awesome. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the studio and made me feel really comfortable. She took the time before class to let me know the structure (cardio with air runner, rowing, air bike and jumping rope then trx work) and show all the new people the basics of the trx. She did say the Saturday AM is mostly regulars but throughout the whole time she was really encouraging and hands on and offered variations when needed. Everyone in the class was really nice too. Youll need your own lock for the lockers but there wasnt really a need as she said no one ever comes in through the back. Great workout.
