    This is a barre style class in a studio room. Low impact and not heavy weights were used. The trainer was really lovely and the whole of Sydney Pole was friendly and welcoming. I was initially worried to attend as I’d heard how hard Pole is and how fit the people are who do them! TAKE NOTE the address is wrong in Class Pass if you click through to google maps.
