This class starts with a warmup up and progresses into weight circuit training with bars, dumbbells and kettlebells. The class goes for 45 minutes and wraps up with planks, crunches and some floor exercises. Mats are provided. Danielle is great at demonstrating the proper form for every exercise and you can tell those exercises are working because she looks amazing. All in all, a good experience.

It was my first time using a Pilates machine (I think it’s called a Reformer), and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor than Nicolina. She didn’t lead like a drill sergeant which tbh was what I was expecting. So I was very relieved when she turned out to be friendly and helpfu!! To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

Sometimes the combos can be tricky, but it is never overwhelming and it is really gratifying to feel like I am improving. The small class size is a plus and the instructor isn't afraid to call out your technique if you are doing something wrong.
