    Class was great, tougher than I was expecting (in a good way). Staff was helpful, teacher was engaged and encouraging throughout. Class was 1 min intervals, 10 sec rest, alternating between assault bikes and floor exercises with all demonstrated in videos, easy to follow with 30 rounds and some group core work at the end. Gym floor is clean, showers and free parking (w/validation) all great perks that will make me return again.

    Phenomenal class! The most efficient workout on ClassPass. From start to finish. There were 8 people and 8 circuits for the first 20 minutes or so after a quick warmup, followed by circuits on the roof for about 20 minutes, then closed with a killer ab cooldown.     Great work out with Jason!!!!! He explained the Gym and how they work. I like that you can work out in 30 min and be done. I also like the come as you are concept because they can provide you with workout clothing and you don’t have to wear shoes. Great place and I will be back.
