    Full Body

    Class was extremely hard with lots of new moves. I don’t know if this is reasonable for beginners, but great for people who have been multiple times and need a change of pace. She was really nice and attentive to all of our positioning.

    Very challenging contrary to first glance. Instructor was amazing, multitasking the whole time to help fix individual participants’ form even within a full class, I was called out multiple times which can be expected. I made the mistake of doing Bootcamp just before this barre class…..do not do intense exercise prior to this class, your muscles will not be able to take it. I feel like I will be in rigor morris tomorrow but like a good kinda hurt xD otherwise a fantastic class and will be back!
