    Reformer All Levels (Amor Room)

Such a beautiful, spotless and spacious studio! On the corner with a sweeping view of the park. This instructor is soft spoken and teaches in a more classical, slower pace. Class was good but I prefer a more upbeat energizing style. However she was very clear and demonstrated most exercises so you always knew exactly what to do.

Great class! Nice studio too. Seemed pretty new, with lockers and individual changing/bathrooms. Harder than I expected as a first timer - like Pilates with resistance bands.

    Off Peak - Full Body

Danii was a great instructor! So welcoming and energetic. Some moves were a little confusing as a first timer but overall, I got the basics down. Definitely a challenging workout but you choose how much to push yourself. According to Danii, this is the only class you want an F in for failure lol

The instructor was great. I let him know upon arriving that I hadn’t done yoga in a while and he was very reassuring and not judgmental whatsoever. Overall, the space is beautiful and very spacious. There were times where I was a bit confused and had to look around the room to figure out what to do but overall the aesthetic was great along with the music. I will definitely be returning!!!

    Videography Dance Project: 3D

Jamie and Craig took it up a notch in this class! First timers - it's really challenging in the beginning but worth it to come back. It took me quite a few classes before I could completely follow a new routine. Plus routines are repeated for the following 2-3 weeks before a new one is taught.

Amazing as always! Chass was extremely friendly and motivating. I always feel like I got a very good workout in at Natural Pilates and leave feeling stronger. One of the best Pilates studios in the city, clean facility, super new equipment, good instructors who know what they’re doing, can’t recommend enough! #ClassPassInsider

    SaltDrop

Harder than I expected! A combo of dance cardio, pilates, yoga, with some of the classic Jane Fonda leg lifts thrown in. I thought it was fun, and Dino was very kind. Only con is that it’s a small, old space in the village so you’re very close together - the mats are six inches apart. And of course it’s a third floor walk up.

    Heated Vinyasa Yoga

A great beyond-basics vinyasa class. Not super hot, but I think that works well with the format! (I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this for anyone brand-new to yoga, as it’s fast-paced and there’s not much in the way of instruction for individual poses.)
