    Pole Dance/Low Flow

I loved the teacher’s energy. Vee is so helpful with getting students to work the choreography. Also the space is beautifully lit with natural lighting. My favorite part is the end when we get to dance to the song and record ourselves. Highly recommend for those who like to dance.

    STUDIO Basic Ballet Body

The studio was spacious, and the class size was smaller and more intimate, so you're able to focus more on the proper techniques and moves being taught. Shoshana is attentive to detail and gave great pointers on the best ways to keep form. Some of the pacing was fast towards the end, but it was still good enough to understand the moves. Class is really focused on elongation, posture, and a proper foundation of the basic for ballet. This was my first class, and I would definitely recommend it to other beginners

The staff at Crunch Bowery is wonderful, goes above and beyond in every regard. The community is very polite and respectful—AAA. This is the best Crunch in the city—I’ve been to all of them + Equinox and Lifetime.

We did a choreographed warm up and Charleston-inspired dance combo. Fun class if you want an immersive broadway type dance experience with the pros! I was able to keep up somewhat with an informal HS level ballet background but not really meant for beginners or nondancers!
