    Newbie to Berry’s here, and Meg was awesome! I was really intimidated by the clientele at first - everyone was so serious and not too many smiles going around, but once I got into the workout, I had a great time! The low lights and loud music made it easy for me to just focus on myself and get the most out of my 50 minutes. I like the set up of switching between the floor and the treadmill. and the muscle fatigue was so real, but so satisfying. I’ll be back!

    CIRCUITS

    Loved this class! It was nice to have several different circuits and Steve did a great job giving the class plan and demoing ahead of time. There was great energy in the class, I would definitely come back!
