KICKBOXING
see all reviewsIt was my first time going to this gym. Manny was super friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed the variety of cardio and boxing. It was cool to go into the ring for some one on one practice. I’ll definitely go back!

see all reviewsI really liked the class with Marcus. Got some clarification on technics, and learned new ways. Most of the 45 min was dedicated to combos instead of other exercises, which was great. The stretch in the end was deep and sufficient, and not just done as a formality like in other kickboxing classes I’ve been to. People are welcoming and friendly. I recommend!

see all reviewsGreat class with Ron. We started by learning some techniques for lateral movements with our punches, allowing us to attack while evading. Ron went around to correct our technique, and he helped me a couple of times since I was doing it incorrectly. It was really cool to get some personalized attention from the coach. Afterward, we did a lot of conditioning drills. I feel like the class is about 80% conditioning and 20% technique work. I appreciated this balance because my conditioning isn't quite there yet, and sometimes I risk injury after punching or hitting the bag too many times. I wasn’t too tired afterward—just the right amount. If you get too tired, you can also risk injury, so I felt it was a good level. The instructor pushes you, but not too much.
