Peach Step
see all reviewsOk I’ve been searching for a place in the area that has a genuinely positive experience. Newport/costa mesa/ Huntington can have some not so friendly people . Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after. Hugely positive experience. I will back for sure! Thank you Nicole so much!

see all reviewsFirst time trying and it was a lot of fun. It does require upper body strength but I feel like not as much as pole. The challenge is getting around the hoop and remembering the correct sequence and correct side. The hoops are of different sizes and heights so I think it’s ok to have couple more people than hoops because everyone moves around and try different hoops.

see all reviewsSuper nice and fun instructor! It really truly was beginner friendly though which is a good and bad thing. If you’re kind of where I am, where you can kinda dance but need more time to learn combos, this class was really on the basic side, mostly just grooves. No set song and no group split and the end with filming. Still a great class and workout! If you’re looking for more of a challenge though, I would probably take beg/int if it’s even open!

see all reviewsKatie’s class was so much fun!! She brought such an uplifting and inclusive energy. Really great music and fun choreo. Class was just the right level of choreo to be a bit challenging, but still able to follow. (As someone who has not done dance choreo for about 15 years as a teen!) Definitely got some great cardio in and a good sweat. A refreshing, mentally engaging way to move! A great change up from typical fitness classes.

see all reviewsI had a ton of fun at my first ever pole dancing class! I felt very welcome and included. The class was a mix of sensual floor work and pole. I learned a lot! I don't know if I could become an everyday pole person because I like a lot of variety but I would definitely consider dropping in anytime I want a fun, feel good, mood boosting, and challenging class.
