see all reviewsClass was good but on the app it says 6.30-7.30pm and in reality the class was 45min. Would be best to change the times as I was expecting an hour session and chose yours over other classes for the time/credits but then obviously it was less credits but not 1hr long..

see all reviewsI love the instructor , she’s so nice, so supportive. I’ve heard pole dancing is hard, but the steep learning curve still surprised me. The instructor was so patient with us that my friend and I managed to get the hang of a few moves. It is so exciting when you do get the move down!

Yoga
see all reviewsExcellent yoga class, great for beginners but also good for those who want to push it further with flex and strength. NEW 8am time means it’s calm (was a bit noisy at 9am).
