see all reviewsSala itself is a beautiful venue and I’ve previously enjoyed a yoga class here. I was slightly disappointed in the sauna, it is clean and a has a shower however it’s not as nice as other saunas I’ve been in Auckland central. I would use it for convenience if I was taking classes at Sala but if you’re looking for a bit of luxury, I’d try somewhere else.

Although it was my first time at this studio, I immediately felt welcome, was offered electrolyte water and got a tour of the facilities. Such an awesome space - also love the Bluetooth speakers in the sauna, game changer! I’m going to come back and try the contrast and functional rooms!
