see all reviewsGreat flow in a beautiful space! The flow was demanding but not exhausting in the heat, which was not overly hot. I enjoyed the breathing exercises at beginning and end and the meditation on the eclipse and new moon, too.

see all reviewsGreat class, great instructor. Really nice to warm up and get a good sweat going before dropping down into slower movement. Cindy demos everything really clearly and is super encouraging and high energy. Idk what they pump into the air here but I always leave this place feeling so energized and powerful!

see all reviewsLove this place and the people in it. They make an effort to make everyone feel welcome. Bella and Sara knew and continue to remember my name by visit 2 and I only come maybe 2-3 times a month. If you’re looking for a hype, fast paced, fun, club vibe class this is your place. Wish yall had delta or dual clip option pedals though 😂 but it’s ok I finally bought spd shoes.

see all reviewsBrieze and the rest of the class were overall welcoming! I enjoyed the ebs and flow with the movement. However, I will say as a beginner with no experience in Contemporary Dance, the dances were very challenging to keep up with. Even though all levels were welcomed, I think there should be a note that this class caters more towards intermediate/advanced levels.
