see all reviewsBeautiful location! The studio has everything you need from mats, to bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps. There’s even a nice seating area to lounge before/after class. (And there’s tea!!) Our instructor, Irene, has an amazing way of teaching, allowing an open space for everyone to feel safe and comfortable in their practice. She even showed us a more advanced move with various modifications and progressions depending on everyone’s level! Absolutely adore taking her classes and will be back for more :)
