    The class was great and the studio space is really nice! After the class they email you your “class rank.” I think it’s helpful to get your personal stats, but your ranking in the class emailed to you seems like it’s just going to make most people feel bad. We’re all on our own journeys to improvement!

    Ripped Ride

    Grace was awesome! Loved the set up - good spacing between bikes, fun lights, fans. She was very high energy and motivating. The class instructions use the bike monitors’ resistance (watts) and speed (ROM), but you could choice to ignore. Also uses small weights for arm exercises. Will definitely be back!
