There are cold towels at the front desk for people to use after class which is a nice touch as you will definitely be hot and sweaty after this class.

The class is on yoga mat with dimmed lights, you use different size of balls to apply (a great deal of) pressure on the zones where you have tightness or pain, so it hurts if you're doing it well but just like a good massage or osteo treatment, at the end if feels great. The teacher is very good and adapts super well to her students and their needs, she was attentive and helpful, adjusting the course and movement for us and making sure we do it well. The vibe is relaxed and inclusive, other participants are welcoming and helpful to newcomers.
