    Love Flows: Vinyasa

A lot stronger of a class than the last 7 am I went to with Rachel. Rachel isn’t a speed yoga teacher, which likely works better for a lot of people. The poses heated the body better- lots of balance and standing postures. Couldn’t hurt if Rachel could maybe wake herself up bit more before class and get the flow revved up 1-2 songs faster in her playlist. Love the music. Liked the sequencing. Glad I went back.

    Vin + Soundbath

She holds the space well. Lovely singing. Flow could have been a little harder, started a little earlier, but I liked the dedicated flow time and the long form sound bath savasana. Lovely to watch the sky darken and the sunset glow against the sky scrapers.

I usually do heated power yoga. This was new for me. The class was insane, I almost died…but then pushed past my limit. I loved it!!! Alex, the instructor was amazing beyond words. Her energy is off the charts! She is one of those rare, truly inspirational types. I will absolutely come back for her!

    C2 - CorePower Yoga 2

The class was different from other C2 classes, in a good way. It felt a bit more, spiritual perhaps? A little less power yoga and music, and a little more grounding and unique. The instructor was clearly an expert yogi - he had confidence and expertise to effectively lead the class. He did a great job of connecting us to community and with ourselves. I was sad to hear he doesn't normally teach at the Duboce location, I'd definitely take this class again on a day where I'm looking for less vinyasa and more mental grounding and new position challenges.

Great instructor! She showed us a lot of cool moves but didn’t pressure us and I felt comfortable going at my own pace. It was also a beautiful day at the park - I felt so refreshed and relaxed after! Will be coming again!
