They have a lot of great options. The workout itself was well designed and left me walking out of there, walking with wobbly legs! Can't wait to go back.

The instructions for all of the workout sequences were given at once; as a first timer, it was overwhelming and confusing. The instructor did come around later and provided individual instruction and coaching which was very helpful.
