see all reviewsClasses at Flight really fly! Not sure how, but time passes so quickly at Flight. The workout feels effective, efficient and really fun! The change up in the playlist elevated and energized my mood! The surprising mash-ups of Bryan Adams, One Republic, Justin Bieber, etc was so fun. Loved the pop songs! And of course, Haley is just so awesome!!! Love the way she leads her classes!!!

I always leave feeling strong and ready to seize the day ; ). I really appreciate the complimentary sweat towels, mat wipes and water bottle station. Sometimes the little things really add up and make the experience too - thanks for the towel fan while in shavasana!!

Aabre has an amazing way of capturing your attention and giving you permission to move in a way that works for your body. The class was great, but the playlist was even better! If you want to try a heated hip hop yoga class, I HIGHLY recommend this studio!

see all reviewsIt was my first experience and unlike the worry I had after reading some reviews, the staff was welcoming (though we indeed have to wear the gripping socks, I bought two at the desk) and the instructor was inclusive too. As a person who regularly work out, this one was not much challenging but there's still some rooms to adjust the intensity on my end (eg dumbell). Loved it!
