    Yoga Sculpt

Large open studio with plenty of space to spread out. Used weights and a Pilates ball for sculpting those muscles. Playlist and instructor were great. Not as much cardio as I’m used to during past classes but my abs are definitely going to be feeling it and nice to change it up. Will be back!

    Facial Rejuvenation/Cosmetic Acupuncture:Initial

I ended up having a wellness session instead of the facial rejuvenation, it seemed a little too intense for my first time trying acupuncture. Was an interesting experience, Julie was extremely helpful, nice atmosphere!

    IN-STUDIO - Vinyasa Flow

I like that Annika always gives some kind of yoga history or explanation of what we’re doing and why at the beginning. Her classes are slower but very impactful and I always feel great afterward

    Beginner Aerial Silks

The instructor was not Logan, but a gal with short brown hair. Apologies for not remembering, but she was fantastic! Very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. We tried the class because it looked fun and it certainly was!
