Karmen was a helpful instructor that corrected form, helped you to stay focused and was creative in class with the use of blocks. Music was on point and great with the flows. Beautiful studio and locker room space plus very friendly staff when checking in. Hope to take core power classes in NYC now!

see all reviewsCorepower now does C1 differently from a year ago when I used to be a member. Now the instructor focuses on the pose, explaining the right posture etc. It's a great class for yoga beginners or people who want to learn about the right postures.
