see all reviewsGreat music and awesome instructors. Appreciate the nice blend of cardio and strength, alternating throughout the hour so that you switch up which muscles are being pushed to their edge. I really dislike running, but the stints are short enough that it's easy to push through whichever part is your least favorite. You set your own pace, while still being coached and encouraged to really challenge yourself. And I feel great afterwards!

see all reviewsCrazy fun, and a killer cardio workout. I was pretty spent at the halfway mark, but just kept following Doug's #1 rule of having fun. Though the class goes at high intensity for the full hour, you can always take it down a notch or just walk in place for awhile. It's pretty impossible not to immediately love Doug--he's incredibly welcoming, endlessly energetic, and full of hugs to share. Bring a towel and lots of water!

see all reviewsSuuuuper fun. a great sub for the instructor. Good music and instructor timed everything to the songs. she also put on dance lights for it. it was totally worth going to earlier on a Sunday. my only caution is to not have any neon clothes on or you will glow brightly when the black lights get turned on

see all reviewsThank you taskmaster, may I have another? And I mean that in the nicest possible way. Bria is always good for a tough workout, but that’s what we pay her for, right? I was the oldest in the group by 20 years, but I noticed even some of the younger guys struggled a little. :)

see all reviewsMusic definitely adds. Good heat, nice flow, great addition to my day. Wouldn’t recommend for beginners—there was very little to no instruction the first half of class, but was great for those who are familiar with a flow style class. And I personally really dislike the Sun A sequence in this class—the pacing feels crazy frantic—but I might be the only one as everyone else seemed to be keeping pace. But once we got through Sun A, the rest of the class flowed slow and steady.

see all reviewsClass was great!!! Nick and Missy (the instructor of the class before mine) were both super nice and welcoming. Nick was taking Missy’s class which I always think is a great sign - sort of a fitness-industry “dogfooding”. The class was challenging, but still fun. There was a lot of variety of the moves but I never felt lost thanks to Nick’s clarity of instruction. I will definitely be back!

see all reviewsI was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this class. Chris creates a very mindful practice, connected to breath and intention. The 40-minute asana portion was more difficult than expected, mostly because of the strength needed to hold each posture. And 20-ish minutes for more stillness and meditative practice was a lovely way to start the day. I'll be back.
