However, they do pack these classes to the brim, to the point where it’s hard to do some poses and I definitely wouldn’t do any inversions because of how many people there are and limited space.

I have been to a million yoga classes and many sound baths and this class was *magical.* Caty gave the perfect instruction, the space was cozy and well-equipped, and I left feeling so much more regulated than when I arrived. Note that it’s definitely a yin-style class with some basic stretching and breathing, with a sound bath to conclude the class. Also the space is not accessible as there are stairs that are unavoidable, but she does note this in the studio description. I’ll definitely be back!!
