Some reviews have likened it to barre, but I think it's more like circuit training using body weight, bands, sliders etc. It focused on core and butt/legs, which I loved. You don't need sneakers, just grip socks. Francesca was a power house!!

see all reviewsVery welcoming class and Val has a very calming voice. I’ve been doing yoga for a while and I thought the class was great for those who know the names of the positions. I can see the class being hard for newbies but you can always check out a neighbor if you’re confused. I would recommend this class for those who want to try a “hot yoga” class that isn’t too hot. It was warm enough to encourage sweating but definitely not the level of heat I’m used to at other studios. Would definitely go here again!
