see all reviewsAwesome class. Class size is perfect for an intensive and personalised work out. Luis brings great energy and takes the time to correct or adapt individuals work outs so you really get the most out of it. Final community style work out is good motivation to go for the final push. Nice big showers with malin & goetz products also.

see all reviewsI’ve been taking pole classes at various studios, on and off, for 3 years. I would describe myself as an “Advanced Level 1 student” because I have had a few setbacks. This was one of the more challenging pole conditioning classes I have taken, and it was amazing! Alyssa is very sweet and encouraging. The class kicked my butt, but I stayed strong throughout. If you have pole experience and are looking to build your strength, this is the class for you.

see all reviewsPerfect class!! I feel great afterwards. Instructor is so nice and her flow is clear and approachable for everyone. Studio is all one room, clean and relaxing with all the props you need. Not heated, but warm at a nice level. No hands on adjustments that I saw, the instructor does the flow herself and you can do your own thing if needed. No judgement or stress here.

see all reviewsGrace was awesome! Loved the set up - good spacing between bikes, fun lights, fans. She was very high energy and motivating. The class instructions use the bike monitors’ resistance (watts) and speed (ROM), but you could choice to ignore. Also uses small weights for arm exercises. Will definitely be back!

She is also a reiki master and she incorporated that into the class in a way that was totally cleansing and left me feeling very free. I can’t say enough good things about her class!

see all reviewsLoved the class! Ellen was an informative and enthusiastic instructor! I usually don’t like group fitness classes because they go too fast but Ellen’s pace was comfortable. Make no mistake! It was still a great workout, even the low impact cardio in the beginning had me sweating! Would definitely take a class taught by her again! Thanks Ellen for a lovely class! ☺️

see all reviewsC2 is a great class, and Marlowe is an awesome instructor - one of the best I’ve had at Corepower. Usually I get shoulder/neck pain the day after doing vinyasa, but with modifications she kept encouraging during class, I didn’t get pain this time! The flow was creative and different than typical sun salutations. Relaxing music and great vibes - the focus was on enjoying the movement, not judgmental or competitive.

see all reviewsThis is not a standard yoga class. And that is a good thing. It is mostly a breathing and meditation class. If you want a regular posing or even restorative class, this is not it. But Rich is truly an expert at the breathing techniques that he teaches. You spend the first half of the class working on stretching your body using tension and body weight, and working on breathing. Breathing technique is in a diaphragmatic style, which can be quite tough to do in the beginning, but if you do your best to keep at it, it ends up being an extremely effective way of releasing tension. After stretching and breathing, the rest of the class is a deep calming form of guided meditation, using music, all done with the headphones provided. This is where the breathing and stretching come together to put you in a state of flow, giving yourself space for a very different and profound meditative state and experience. If you are open-minded and walk in with an open heart, you will have a very special hour, surrounded by people who are also working on bringing their best self. Just go and show up with your real self, no pretense, and you will have a wonderful experience.
