So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

see all reviewsFirst of all I love that the classroom is filled with natural light. The instructor seems experienced and caring. He encourages but also gives options at the same time. The class was challenging and interesting. The amenity was ok. Change room and showers were clean. However, there were only two clean towels and I couldn’t find hair dryer.

see all reviewsAlison is a fantastic instructor with great energy and encouragement. The class isn’t for me though - I struggled to make it through without feeling pain in my feet. That being said - the rest of the class seemed to be very much into the music and momentum so I’d recommend her class for anyone looking for a high energy workout.

This class was the perfect full body strength class and Shaheed is amazing at encouraging the class to push while also recommending alternative moves and modifications. I’ve taken many classes with Shaheed and they’re always my favourite! I would highly recommend!!
