Milan impresses as a naturally gifted instructor, here w had a beautifully orchestrated run through with plenty to challenge, from beginner to the more advanced. I started class in a rather overtrained state (as low-intermediate beginner in practice journey) so a good portion of positions were inaccessible, nonetheless, he highlighted viable options to great effect throughout the entirety of class.

    WeFlowHard® Vinyasa

I absolutely *LOVED* her positive energy, and the safe, welcoming and inclusive space she created. The only thing that would have made the class a bit better for me would have been a genre of pop/ edm/ dance playlist, but that’s a personal preference. Teaching was really great with clear instructions, and recommended for all levels. Made my day.

    Traditional Hot (Bikram)

One of the best classes I’ve ever taken. Quenton had an amazing way of pushing people to their edge while allowing space for us to honor where we are at. The studio is clean, simple, and about the YOGA. This is my place. Thank you ✨

    Original Hot Yoga 75

Landon provided excellent instruction throughout my first bode class (original 75 Bikram) the intensity of heat required me to take a few breaks (it’s apparently a bit hotter than vinyasa flow and hiit classes taken at other studios). Nonetheless, worth every minute of effort for full body engagement practice which resonates deeply, and for a number of reasons. A valuable conditioning regimen, improves flexibility, mind/body coordination, balance and more.

Kat lead an amazing class. it was my first time at the studio and my first time doing bikrim. she welcomed me, showed me around, and conducted the class while attending individual guidance. the vibes were good, everyone was friendly and was focused on working on themselves.

CSX - CorePower Strength X (Full Body) - NYC

This is a great new class for CP if you’re looking for more strength classes with a closer attention to form. Garrett was a great instructor and gave really great tips for proper form. It was challenging like Sculpt but didn’t make you want to pass out and die because you feel like you have more control over your reps. Was still hot from the residual heat of the other classes.

    C2 - CorePower Yoga 2 - NYC

C2 is a great class, and Marlowe is an awesome instructor - one of the best I’ve had at Corepower. Usually I get shoulder/neck pain the day after doing vinyasa, but with modifications she kept encouraging during class, I didn’t get pain this time! The flow was creative and different than typical sun salutations. Relaxing music and great vibes - the focus was on enjoying the movement, not judgmental or competitive.
