ID Flow
see all reviewsI’ve always been enjoying Erin’s class but this one went beyond expectations! I’ve been suffering from lower back pain recently due to my bad posture working in front of a desk. The tricky part is that, because I’m pretty flexible to start with, it’s hard for me to get the deep stretch I need without overstretching and hurt the muscles. The class helped me gradually warm up the muscle groups and let me get the deepest stretch that my body was craving for. It’s challenging yet not too difficult that you can still adjust based on your level.

see all reviewsGreat class and great instructor! One recommendation for the studio, if there could be a rule where people can’t bring in their phones at all, rather than telling them to put it on do not disturb. Also, for people who have Apple watches or devices that light up, asking them to put it on theater mode seems not enough recently, so many are lit up and distracting in class, maybe ask people to remove those or if they see it light up again to ask them to turn it off or take it off? I have asked a couple people, but it breaks my flow.

see all reviewsGreat instructor and class! There were options to modify moves or make them more challenging. The temperature was 97 F which was not listed anywhere on the description, I think most classes at this location are higher temperatures but it would be helpful if that info could be provided beforehand.

see all reviewsI recently took a class taught by Mary, and she was absolutely amazing! It had been a while since I last worked out, so I was a bit hesitant about keeping up, but Mary made all the difference. She created such an encouraging and supportive environment while still pushing me just enough to get the most out of the class. Her energy, knowledge, and ability to connect with everyone in the room made the experience not only challenging but genuinely enjoyable. I walked out feeling accomplished and motivated to keep going. Highly recommend her classes to anyone looking for a great workout with an even better instructor!

see all reviewsA very calming and relaxing class. I loved how we held the poses for a long amount of time so that the sound bath could work it’s magic. I also enjoyed the experience of being on Roosevelt Island, which I also found very peaceful. I was happy I wore socks to the class and was fully dressed, so to say. It could have been a bit chilly. They provided yoga mats for free, but I brought my own.
