    This class really humbled me. All the shaking and burning hurt so good and 3 days later, I’m still sore in the muscles I didn’t know existed. And Micaela has the best energy and is so on point with cueing to keep you motivated and going for that extra transition. Can’t wait to be back!

    First time at this studio. Danielle did a great job of instruction and adjustments. Very friendly. I have been to many other pure barre classes and this class did not deviate from the routine. I would rank her class top half. I would prefer more engaging music.

    Tegan’s Classes are always great! Such a great end to my day. She is such a personable instructor And runs a great class. Tegan always is great at making sure everyone’s form is correct and making us constantly think about how to correct our moves. Definitely take her class if you’re on the upper east side!

    The instructor was a sub but he was great. Music was great which made the class a lot of fun. Also a great work out. Im feeling sore the next day and Im usually a two day person. The facility is very run down though.
