Her voice is incredibly calming, and her yin flow and deep stretches melt you back into your own body a little more with every minute. The sound bath at the end was the perfect finishing touch. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told it had been changed to an upper body and abs class. That was really disappointing because it wasn't the class I had signed up for. I decided to stay since I was already there, and to be fair, the workout itself was good and the instructor had amazing energy. My only issue was that the schedule wasn't accurate. I recommend calling ahead to confirm the current class schedule before booking so you don't end up expecting a different workout than the one being offered.

The facilities of the studio are beautifully appointed and clean. Just a note for other mental health baddies - Yin in Nature is listed as a “warm” class, but if you are on SSRIs or any other meds that amplify heat, you WILL be sweating profusely regardless lol so bring a mat towel or face towel!
