see all reviewsThis is an intense class, but it’s so different than anything I’ve ever done which I loved! This is the type of class I would incorporate 1-2 times a week. Loved doing cardio while also including weight training. Thomas is such a great instructor because he pushes you to do better! Definitely recommend.

Frank corrected my form which made everything more intense and everyone can go to their own pace without feeling too pressured. Frank’s class definitely was the best!!! and the energy and vibes are amazing.

see all reviewsI thoroughly enjoyed my beginner’s salsa class at Dance Arts Miami. I was immediately welcomed with a kind and warm greeting. I was shown around the studio and all the instructors there were so kind and inviting. I have taken a handful of dance classes at other places before and I never experienced the beginning of class starting with a gentle warmup of every joint in the body. That really made an impact on me right away and set the tone for the rest of the class. I was able to progress from having two left feet to learning a whole salsa dance routine with a partner. In just one class I left with more confidence in joy in my dancing and in myself. i will definitely be coming back!!
