I’ll say of all the non-traditional Pilates (megaformer) classes I’ve taken, this one specifically with Brenda was the most fun while still being challenging. The other megaformer studio instructors (including Solidcore) I’ve experienced do not really pay attention to technique/form and just want you to break a sweat. Will def come back here!

I was lucky enough to be treated to a private since no one else signed up, and Taylor (who also happens to be the owner) didn't cancel on me. SO grateful! The machines look like megaformer, but they aren't. They also double as Cadillac/tower and feel so luxurious and smooth when using. Music is on point, and workout (very classical Pilates repertoire) was challenging enough. Definitely adding this studio to my roster! Merci Beau Monde!! 🙏

I thought I was fit, but this class humbled me lol, I came out of the rinse cycle like what?!? 🫣 Love all the various equipment used here and the amazing stretch session at the end. Very nice instructor, though the language barrier makes it hard to actually understand what we're supposed to do. I also wish he'd demonstrate then walk around to correct us instead of doing the exercises himself, which is not optimal given how the room is set up. It gets hot here, so I hope they get some window treatment like blinds soon. All in all, a GREAT studio, instructor, and class!! 💪Side note: the front desk lady was neither welcoming nor nice... she does not belong there 🧹
