Constructive things to improve: louder voice, faster calling of the poses, (move leg to front, then pauses, i didnt know if it was warrior 1 or high lunge had to keep on waiting like ok what’s coming next, if there was no pause in between calling out the poses i would have felt less lost). Very sweet teacher. Namaste
