see all reviewsThe instructor is incredible, I was not prepared for high intensity, training. On my end, I wish I would’ve done more research for this class because I have a knee and shoulder injury. Although modifications are possible this class itself was not the best workout for me. If you’re healthy and all your limbs are good it’s great and you’re gonna love it but if you’re avoiding aggravation to any joint injury, I recommend cycle, which was incredible w the same instructor.

The class is set up so that the instructor teaches in the middle or on wherever is most suitable for clients. Samantha’s class was equal parts fun and uplifting and hard. If you are looking for an upbeat instructor who challenges you, this is the place!
