    This class was not what I was expecting. If you're looking for something more like Title or Ding Ding, this isn't it. It's a true boxing class that focuses on paired sparring the whole time. When I arrived and that was explained to me, I didn't feel prepared or comfortable enough to participate. Thankfully they were understanding and nice enough to still let me use the equipment to work out on my own.
