I started laser hair removal when I lived in Brazil and, in eight years, I had never found a place in America that was as good as the ones I go to in Brazil. Emily is the first person that matched the quality that I have found in the past. I absolutely highly recommend her and this location. She will not try to BS around giving you a weaker/lower frequency so you will need more sessions. She took into account that I had done sessions in the past so she did not treat me as a first time client with a low frequency like all the other places do. Anyways, please do not waste your money in other locations.

As their page read, I called before to confirm they had availability for the type of appointment I wanted to book and ask any questions - wood massage and body sculpting. They confirmed they did and I booked my time slot via classpass. Check-in was easy, forms were sent and completed via email prior. The room was prepped with disposable underwear/bra to wear + water was offered. As far as the experience and to keep my review not too lengthy, it was informative, tailored to my preferences and great conversation/service. The wood work + massage is a bit more intense than manual lymphatic drainage, but as long as you’re communicative with them, it can be less (or more) pressure if needed. I’m definitely feeling it today! To finish my service, I spent 10 minutes on the vibration plate. The facility was clean and secure (locked front door, door bell rung to enter). The design is a bit confusing as the ceilings are tall and you can hear sounds from adjacent rooms/the lobby, but there was relaxing music in my treatment room. Nadia was my treatment provider, I’ll definitely be back to see her again. (I’ll post my full review to Yelp)

I am a newby at this and truthfully everything that’s out there in the skincare and beauty realm rn is just way overwhelming for me and I feel like I walked out of that experience with a simplified understanding of the industry, but more importantly, a simplified understanding of what’s needed for my skin. Both from a treatment standpoint and also from a product standpoint. She was also just really easy to talk to, which is also a huge plus. The aerolase itself was pretty painless, a little spicy where my acne was, but mostly it was just warm. I just woke up the next morning and my skin is about 75% better, it’s pretty wild. My problem area is the cystic acne on my neck (yay old lady hormones) and I gotta tell ya - it’s stubborn. It’s sticks around FOREVER. The really bad ones are a fraction of their size from yesterday, the smaller ones are pretty much just pigmentation now and there are several dark spots that are all but disappeared. I’m shook. I couldn’t be happier with the results. 10/10 and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much, Gabby!
