This class can be for beginners up to people that really want to challenge themselves. Also, the manager, Sandra is the best manager ever.. she has an amazing vibe and personality and really draws everyone together. I travel extensively and go to several different F45 locations. I have to say the team at Laguna Niguel is the BEST. Not to take away from other F45 locations which have really good instructors. It’s just that Laguna Niguel has the best instructors and it’s all because of Sandra.!

I loved how the instructor was very clear about good and bad form in the demo. The TVs are also a great resource when you need to a quick reminder. I asked for lighter weights during one of the sets and told the trainer about my surgery and she made sure my form was good. I appreciated that, so much! I especially loved the modified versions of the workout that she suggested.

Burned over 800 calories in 45 minute workout, it was tough but they demonstrated modifications for when you needed to take it down a notch. Highly recommend!

see all reviewsThis was my first time at this gym and basically my first time working out this decade. I would come back. Coach Anthony was so welcoming and encouraging. There were 18 stations we went through thrice — some with weights, some using just your body, and we stayed at each station for 20 to 60 seconds (depending what cycle). There were kids reading in a corner — reading was not one of the 18 stations. You can go at your own pace at each station, but you definitely are motivated to work as hard as you can. Boy, did I sweat. Music was great. Different ages and body types. I am writing this review for anyone who thinks you have to look a certain way or have a certain type of fitness to go to F45. I thought I did, and I was wrong. So I’ll be coming back!
