see all reviewsThis was my first yoga class in 12 years. I was worried about being comfortable and not knowing what to do, but Kelly explained things pretty well. She helped when I was doing one of the poses wrong and had a great teaching style. The studio was nice and cozy. Most everyone was quiet and to themselves when coming in, so it added to the serene atmosphere. Overall a great experience. I will definitely be back!

see all reviewsWhat a fabulous way to start off the weekend! This class started with dimmed lighting and easier poses. She then turned on some lights as we moved into more active poses. It was the perfect flow from start to end. Having those warm up poses really set me up for success and I was able to really enjoy the active flows because my body felt much more flexible and charged up. I definitely recommend trying out this class, you will thank yourself (and Gina!) for it! :)

see all reviewsAmazing breath work, a good balance of stretches, balance poses and long holds. Juli provided guided breathing with each pose and a bit of meditation at the beginning and at the end of the class. I felt that this class was great for strengthening and toning muscles, there was slow transition between poses but the long holds did provide adequate challenge for my body. Also loved the soothing and meditative music. Left there feeling very relaxed and energized for the day. Thanks for an amazing class.
