    Killer workout. Very challenging but surprisingly the class was almost all women who were well over age 40! It was easy to modify but not for beginners, they didnt really demo the moves or give much feedback regarding form.

    First time and the teacher was attentive during class coming around to check form. It’s interesting because you go the same stroke per minute as everyone but you can make the split faster or slower. The form was hard for me to grasp especially the return to the starting position. This was also my first time working out with a mask and it wasn’t as bad as I thought. I did sweat a lot and my lips did chafe. Good amenities.

As a studio, I appreciate the consent cards to indicate permission for tactile corrections and the warm welcome and swag that they offer to new students. I was unaware that the studio would be heated to 86 degrees, but I was comfortable after removing a layer.

    This was an awesome class and it was a very nice, clean facility with a lot of neat fitness toys to play with. I came on a good day for my first class it was very interesting because Mike used a deck of cards and depending on what card we picked, we did the assigned exercise and it was very intense and it was a great workout.

    Man I found my new workout place! I would never found it without ClassPass. It was very close to the freeway 101. I was looking for a HITT workout to get my heart rate up and sweat. As soon as I got there I surprised how spacious the site was. I automatically greeted my the owner Joe. It was nice that he took the time to acknowledge I was there even though he was in the middle of training. I told him I was with class Pass. He made me feel welcome and at home. As soon as we got started I did my best to follow along but grateful another trainer Yuta took his time to help me. He was extremely patience and knowledgeable in helping me push myself and get my heart rate up. It was challenging yet rewarding at the end. I got to speak Joe afterward and told him how much I enjoyed the class and how trainer really make sure you are doing the forms correctly. I purchase a pack for my friend and will be coming again 💪🏽🙌🏽
