    Really fun class, there were many options to really push yourself or tone it back making it a class that fitness newbies and experts could both enjoy. Wish there was a bit more emphasis on form because they do have you moving medium weights for high reps, however overall a great class.

    Instructor was great! She’s super funny and motivating. It was my first time, but it was easy to pick up. They have screens that tell you what each station should be doing with a demo video. Love that it moves quickly. Free parking on Sunday, otherwise you have to pay but lots of spots in the morning. I would go again!
