EMBODI Pilates
see all reviewsThis class was perfect for me and exactly what I was looking for. The instructor was amazing, patient and intentional. Getting back in to Pilates I was nervous I wouldn’t have the endurance, but I was able to complete the class at my pace and also know I can advance and challenge myself in the class as I get stronger.

see all reviewsDid a TABATA class and it was great! The instructor was motivating, clear with her instructions and offered higher and lower intensity options for all rounds. It’s a short, 30 min class, so I found it easier to push myself, making the most of the time and full body workout. I’d definitely join the class again, and if you’re look for a quick, HIIT workout that you can really push yourself and get bang for your time, HIIT this class!

CP Reformer Flow 1 (50 Mins)
see all reviewsLoved how Midori led connecting the breath to movements and the body more deeply. Beginner-friendly class with clear instructions and slow pace but even having done 100s Pilates classes I enjoyed it. First time I’ve heard “Pilates breath is out through pursed lips like blowing out 200 candles” - so memorable! Her mostly throwbacks playlist was fun and relaxing too.

see all reviewsI really liked the sequence Lorraine guided us through. It was refreshing and challenging which I enjoyed. Just a side note which doesn’t effect my rating, I’m not sure if it was this particular class, but the website said the mat and everything would be set up and there would be water provided which there wasn’t just a heads up! Was no problem to set up on my own but it was a little confusing. Will definitely return and give myself more time to get set up in the future!
