see all reviewsThe class was fantastic never used so many weights in so many different ways to work different parts of my body. This was my second class with Kristen and she is amazing! Upbeat, helpful and most of all kind to all of the class members who were all at different stages in their pure bar journey. Highly recommended for beginners and experienced athletes. I look forward to going back to continue getting my body back in shape.
