see all reviewsThis was my first experience at a hot yoga class and it was the best it could’ve been! I was nervous walking in as I was wearing full long sleeves and leggings but I run very cold so i didn’t break a sweat until the last few moments which was so great! All the movements were super gentle and it was all about stretching. The instructor Nick was very helpful and descriptive so even though I don’t know yoga as well as some of the other classmates, I was able to follow along very easily. I’ll definitely be back!
