see all reviewsI LOVED this class! Beautiful venue (the Presidio, with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge in the fog), with upbeat music, Sherm, the teacher, was so friendly and had great energy. She hyped us up and did the moves while directing us which was impressive bc I was dying just trying to do the moves and breathe lol. The workout kicked my butt while being super fun. Challenging, outdoors, good music- it was one of my favorite classes I’ve ever taken!

see all reviewsLoved doing yoga outdoors! Beautiful location, but the directions of where exactly the class was held were vague. Another attendee had to wander until she found the right group. I wish I had been before class to told to wear sunglasses as the sun was in my eyes the whole time. The headphones worked great except they got in the way for some poses. A sports team ended up playing worryingly close to us. The teacher was kind, went at a good pace, and I enjoyed most of the poses, but some of the direction was confusing and the teacher moved around so it was sometimes hard to look for her to see a demonstration of the pose.
