Her playlist was amazing and the class had tons of strength in it. I felt like she put a lot of effort into putting the class together. She does have a hands on teaching method so if that bothers you just let her know. But overall it was amazing and I can’t wait to go back.

She’s pretty fast paced so if you’ve never taken a class I think you’d probably get a little lost. If you’ve been taking classes and want to challenge yourself this is the instructor to do it. The energy was great and the class was full so I can tell she’s a pretty beloved instructor. I will be looking for more of her classes.
