Place looks a bit rundown but I still had a great class. Felt stronger after! Showers are limited so expect a line after the class. Also, elevators in the building are malfunctioning a bit, almost got stuck in one on my way to the class lol

Glen was so helpful in helping us have the right posture. He encourages to dare our fears, yet doing it with extra care. He gives instructions with humour and wit. I love his class! :)

It’s my first time to try Kickboxing here and I enjoyed the class. It’s a legit class where the coach instructs and explains the moves and you learn as a group, beginners and advanced students mixed together. Though the pacing was fast for me as a beginner, it covered footwork, punches, blocks, and kicks. During bag drills and pair ups, the coach goes around to make sure everyone is doing the right thing. Pair ups were exciting because I had to suddenly learn how to block and get used to absorbing a bit of force—students were kind to me cos they knew I was new. Then by the end of the class, the advanced students get to spar while the beginners watch, which was cool bec it made me look forward to what can be done if i commit to this long term :)
