Advanced Beginner Cuban Salsa and Rueda - Level 1.5

This is a beginner advance class. I like that they teach a lot of different moves although I felt most of the class were not following thru all of it. For this specific class I would’ve like more practice and less moves. They do have a social class and maybe they practice more in that one. Both teachers were great! They focus on everyone providing detail instructions. Definitely coming back and trying the social part

    Beginners From Scratch

Love love love this! First went to the free salsa class and social dance at the pier on Saturday and had a great time! I’m a total beginner, but the steps were targeted for newcomers and easy to follow. Went alone, which was fine because you rotate partners frequently, and everyone was friendly. This beginner class was very similar! Steps were easy to follow, and I’d say there was more practice time to really learn them, and you could ask questions too. Highly recommend! Definitely coming back

    Newcomer Dance Class

The class made dancing fun, easy, non intimidating. My classmates are so friendly! Our teacher, Philip, is a fantastic dancer and teacher! All the teachers are top notch and obviously love dancing. It’s a very happy place to learn dancing as a beginner. I happened to be in a new comers dance party after the class pass class. And danced every dance under the sun with every teacher. It’s incredibly fun.

    Live Stream Vixen Workout

Participated in my first Vixen Workout class tonight. Not only was the class challenging enough to keep me engaged, but it also made me experience a connectedness with my body that I haven’t experienced in a while. Marissa is a wonderful instructor and the vixens in the class made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be making this a regular class!

Bachata Beginner Level 2 - CYCLE

I loved this class! Its the second level of their Bachata class. It runs on a 6 week cycle but if youve got experience you can drop in. He teaches great footwork which is both fun and challenging and partner work is also great. The studio has a good vibe and people are friendly. Nelson, the teacher, is amazing!!

    Zumba

Love the studio, the classes, the instructors, the atmosphere. I had an issue registering for classes at first using the ClassPass. I was told the problem was due to a technical issue from the studio. I made them aware and they were so understanding and allow me to attend the class. Thank you for making me feel welcomed. I already told many of my co-workers about it and we made a trip to a class. Yay!

The class is so much fun and Mariela does a great job of staying inclusive and making sure nobody gets left behind. Highly recommend, but just be forewarned, this is a SENSUAL bachata class, not traditional. Check your self consciousness at the door!

The second hour of the class, Karla taught us Salsa. Again, it was perfect for beginners. No need to bring a partner, everyone rotates and the moves are explained well. Perfect for someone who wants to learn the basic Salsa steps!
