Vinyasa Yoga - 2nd Floor Studio
see all reviewsI really enjoyed the Vinyasa class with Katie. She had a great energy and offered plenty of alternative positions for different levels of intensity. Katie also reminded us to listen to our body and that these alternate options may differ for all of us just depending on the day. I personally appreciate when instructors highlight this to help remove any level of self doubt or competitive energy, it really makes the class feel like such a safe space.

see all reviewsThe yoga studio I usually visit recently closed, so I started exploring with ClassPass—and I’m so grateful I did. I booked a Tuesday evening class with Suze at Body Mind without checking the location, and to my surprise, it was at the Manchester Buddhist Centre—a place that’s magical in itself, full of beauty, peace, and warmth. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. A kind soul offered to guide me to the room, and the space itself was perfect—calm, grounding, and full of quiet presence. Suze led the class with such authenticity and gentleness, holding space through breath, stillness, and intention. Her soft reminders, even just the sound of her breath, brought me back to mine. I left feeling deeply seen, yet totally free to be myself. Suze creates a rare kind of connection in her teaching—one that truly honours every body and every journey. I couldn’t recommend her more.

see all reviewsWhat a lovely class. Anna made the space so welcoming and friendly. This class has a great slow flow, there is a great focus on meditation and the connection with your body. As someone who has mainly practiced Yin yoga, the transition to Hatha was a nice change. I felt challenged in the class, but you are still encouraged to make the moves your own and make adjustments where needed. I felt very relaxed in the class and did not feel any pressure to push myself. I would definitely recommend for fellow slow flow yogis.
