    My first time doing strength bootcamp! Loved it. The exercise was intense but the instructor was very encouraging and motivating. The only minus point is they don't have a dispenser to refill water bottles. I know you try to make money by making people buying bottled water, but I'm on a single-use plastic diet here. Besides, keeping the members hydrated doesn't give you any harm.

    Have spent a very nice time during white valentine day doing aerial. This is my first time attending Esther class and she is very detail, demonstrating the step by step to final posture. Esther also observed our common mistake and demonstrated again so that each time we tried and get better. I'm still a beginner, and managed to follow through. In fact, aerial requires lots of arm strength and core to roti prata ard the hammock to bind nicely and elegantly. Love it and will attend again!

Bodypump is a great full body workout for beginners as well as fitness fanatics as the weights can be adjusted according to each person's fitness level and condition.
