    Class format was 4 stations with 4 exercises at each station. Every exercise was for 1 min so didn’t get bored but movements were simple enough that I was feeling it. Things like goblet squats, curtesy lunges, med ball slams and weighted step ups. Room has screens with the exercises so felt pretty organized. Room has a countdown clock as well, but it wasn’t working today. Instructor was a bit hard to hear but he had great energy nonetheless.

    Such a great experience!! Jennifer clearly knows what she is doing. She was able to give me a wonderful full body massage while still focusing in on specific things I have going on with my body. Her knowledge and experience is very apparent. Her space is very clean, cozy and safe feeling with the Covid protocols she has in place. Can’t wait to go back!
