    Great gym I’ve been here a few times and the attentive staff is consistent. Not only are they friendly (no OTT) but they come & correct my form or suggest alternatives. Definitely not a place where they show exercises and forget you are there. And it’s gay friendly too :)

    Loved this class! I enjoyed the heavy lifts and challenging myself. Matt was very friendly and welcoming. For my first class it was great as the instructor explained how it worked before we started and showed all the exercises.
